Turkish Language Institute Open for Enrollment
LOS ANGELES, May 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Turkish Language Institute is set to start its new session, with classes beginning on May 7, 2012 at its centers in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego, California.
TLI offers classes to adult students of all ages and levels with a staff of qualified, native speakers. The curriculum is especially designed for American or Turkish-American students who want to learn Turkish or improve their knowledge of the language.
"Our students take classes for a variety of other reasons," said Murat Akbas, president and founder of TLI. "Some are interested in specific aspects of Turkish culture or society, or want to travel there, while others plan to work there. We also teach language enthusiasts who are interested in the distinctive structure of the Turkish language."
The program consists of interactive, conversation-based classes that are fun and inspiring but also provide the foundation necessary to read, write and speak the language. The first class of the session is free, with no obligation to take the entire course.
For more information call (310) 208-7290 or email [email protected]. TLI's website is www.turkishlanguage.us.
The Turkish Language Institute, a 501C non-profit organization, was established in 2010, and is committed to introducing participants to the Turkish language and culture. The centers also provide an environment for promoting friendship and strengthening cultural ties between Turkish and American people.
