Tutoring Program Fights to Keep Spokane Kids in School, Offers 'Learning Built to Last'

SPOKANE, Wash., Nov. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- With local high school dropout rates reportedly as high as 40% in recent years, Spokane kids are clearly in trouble.
