Agreement reinforces the PE firm's mission to develop global centres of excellence in MENA healthcare

TVM Capital MENA, the region's first private equity firm dedicated exclusively to the healthcare sector, has signed an affiliation with Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, a US-based global leader in rehabilitative care, long term acute care, home care and related research. As the official teaching hospital of the Harvard Medical School Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Spaulding is at the forefront of research in the respective fields.

TVM Capital MENA has signed an umbrella contract with Spaulding, as well as individual agreements on behalf of its three Continuum of Care portfolio companies in the field of long-term care, rehabilitation and home care - ProVita International Medical Center, Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center and Manzil Health Care Services. The integrated approach between the Continuum of Care companies allows patients to receive treatment in the most appropriate environment, according to their needs, whilst guaranteeing a consistent level of quality throughout their transition between care levels.
The affiliation with Spaulding will give TVM Capital MENA and the Continuum of Care companies access to unrivalled experience, knowledge and best practice in the sphere of long-term care and rehabilitation, helping to drive regional standards in the sector. Staff will also receive regular education and training by Spaulding representatives and the facilities will undertake auditing and evaluation procedures devised to promote clinical excellence.
