TWDL Announces First Phase of Geologist's Report
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Wyoming Drilling, Inc. (OTCPK: TWDL) announced today that the first phase of the certified technical report for the Yellow Jacket Claim #108 is competed and was presented to the company's representatives on October 19, 2011. It concentrates on historic geologic and mineral reports and was certified by R.J. Johnson, PG, of Boulder, Nevada. His research revealed that there is no historic exploration information other than three surface samples that TWDL collected from the Yellow Jacket Claim #108 in 2008 and 2009. Those samples were submitted for assay analysis and the results were: gold – 0.2305, 1.26 and 0.775 ounces per ton (opt); silver – 0.26, 3.54, and 2.8 (opt); and platinum – 0.1707 and 0.093 (opt).
The geologist's recommendation for the next phase includes surface sampling by qualified mineral evaluation personnel. This would include obtaining samples under Bureau of Land Management's 3809.5 "casual use" sampling activities which allows for collection of geochemical, rock, soil, or mineral specimens using hand tools, hand panning or non-motorized sluicing. Surface sampling at up to ten sites would include assays for gold using industry approved and qualified laboratories and the appropriate analytical techniques. Results from this evaluation would be tabulated and analyzed, and recommendations would be made.
Since the Yellow Jacket #108 property is in a developmental stage, TWDL's management team plans to move ahead. The Company's intent is to complete the requirements necessary to meet standards set forth in the Canadian NI43-101, and also Securities Act#7 related to Mining Operations. Although this will involve a substantial investment by TWDL, the management team has confidence that the next report will validate the existence of sufficient quantities of gold and other minerals to warrant an expansion of their mining activities, Geologist recommendation was to move forward the next phase to the Blue-Jacket project due to the fact of recent testing and processing various precious metals to include gold on this patented property.
TWDL also announced that it has begun processing gold mined at the Blue Jacket Mine. This is being done off-site on a limited basis until they can obtain financing for a processing plant.
