CINCINNATI, Aug. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Company of South West Ohio has added a new center, U-Haul Moving and Storage at Glencrossing Way, to the Cincinnati community. The building, constructed in 1992, sits on 9.30 acres and contains 96,713 square feet of building space. This facility is ideally located at 5131 Glencrossing Way, just west of the Glenway Crossing Shopping Center.
U-Haul Moving and Storage at Glencrossing Way will offer the city of Cincinnati added convenience. The center currently offers a full line of truck, trailer and U-Box pod rentals. Early plans are for this center to add self-storage and a showroom to its services.
Drew Case, marketing company president of U-Haul Company of South West Ohio, is thrilled to fill a vacant opportunity in the area as this will be the first U-Haul center operating in western Cincinnati.
"It is exciting to see how well this location is developing already," said Case. "We serve as an excellent force for revitalizing the area and our customers are already looking forward to the addition of self-storage to our location."
The opening of U-Haul Moving and Storage at Glencrossing Way was driven by U-Haul Company's Corporate Sustainability initiatives: U-Haul supports infill development to help local communities lower their carbon footprint. Our adaptive reuse of existing buildings eliminates the amount of energy and resources required for new-construction materials and helps local cities diminish their unwanted inventory of unused buildings.
