Ugliest Car in Texas Means Big Bucks for Drivers at Ingram Park Mazda

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The search for the ugliest car in Texas continues at Ingram Park Mazda. The dealership is sifting through Texas to find the most atrocious vehicle in the state for the "Whose Car is the Ugliest" contest, which began on June 3, 2013. Car owners from across the Lone Star State can enter their cars into the contest for a chance to win $10,000 cash or $10,000 towards a new car in San Antonio TX. Cars that cause nausea, vehicles that induce vomiting, and automobiles that appall passersby must all be entered to find the car that takes home the title as the ugliest car in Texas.

Ingram Park Mazda is asking drivers and car owners across the state to enter their unsightly, shabby vehicles into the "Whose Car is the Ugliest" contest with a video that's a minute or less. In a fun-spirited, entertaining manner, the video should showcase exactly what makes the vehicle so homely. Ingram Park Mazda wants to know why the vehicle is so repugnant and how it got to be that way. Any submissions containing sob stories won't be considered as this contest is meant to be lighthearted and fun.

Drivers must find the best way to highlight their vehicle's worst features so it can stand out amongst all entrants. The more creative the video, the better chance the vehicle has to break through the clutter and earn the top spot. Car owners can invite friends, family, or neighbors to join in their video. They can sing, dance, or act out how the car and its owner met - whatever it takes to entertain in a tastefully humorous way. Only one video submission is permitted per group or individual, so find the best way to stand out.

Video submissions will be accepted until midnight, July 21, 2013. On July 22, 2013 all videos will be posted on whosecaristheugliest.com, where they will be visible for public viewing and voting. Voting ends at 11:59 pm, Aug. 4, 2013 and on Aug. 7, 2013 the winner will be announced. Voters must first "like" Ingram Park Auto Center on Facebook, then they are able to vote once a day on the contest website.
