UK Developers Stonewash Launch Magazine Apps for Windows 8

The London-based company has built a brand new magazine platform for Windows 8 and after being invited to launch alongside today's Release Preview. Several existing Stonewash clients including Fine Cooking, Lusso and Global Insight are amongst the magazines to be available on Windows 8 Release Preview, which was released earlier today.

The Stonewash Magazine Framework has been designed to take the pain out of development; the framework is available to magazine and newspaper publishers at a fixed price, and includes browser based tools enabling editions to be enhanced with additional interactive and compelling content, without technical ability or expensive and time-consuming training.

The framework has been designed to provide a great experience for the reader, while simultaneously being cheap to deploy, easy to use. Stonewash maintain a sophisticated back-end that makes it easy for publishers to gather valuable data about readers.
