Ultimate SPIRITS Challenge 2016
- Entry fee - $495.00 per individual spirit.
- Deadline for receipt of entry form, product and payment is February 26, 2016.
- All Spirits entries are judged blind in small category flights by the world's top spirits experts, led by award-winning journalist, author and educator F. Paul Pacult.
- Cocktails: Suitable products, such as gins, unflavored vodkas, tequilas, etc., are tasted straight AND are also evaluated in a category-relevant cocktail.

Ultimate WINE Challenge 2016

All entries to USC and UWC are rated on the easy-to-understand 100-point scale. Judging takes place at UBC's Evaluation Center, located in Hawthorne, New York.
