1. Coquetéis com baixo ou nenhum teor alcoólico (ABV na sigla em inglês) 

Pode parecer estranho que entusiastas de coquetéis exaltem os drinques com baixo ou nenhum teor de álcool, mas o ano de 2019 prepara-se para ver inúmeros novos coquetéis com estas características. Seedlip, a bebida destilada sem álcool, vem se fortalecendo cada vez mais desde seu lançamento em 2016. As opções sem álcool são particularmente populares entre jovens consumidores, indicando a probabilidade de 46% dos consumidores com menos de 35 anos pedirem um mocktail (coquetel sem álcool) em comparação a apenas 16% dos maiores de 35 anos4.

Tudo está relacionado ao desejo de se ter opções; optar por drinques para qualquer ocasião, sem comprometer o sabor. Marcas, blenders e bartenders sempre insistiram que o sabor é fundamental, e as opções com baixo teor permitem que consumidores saboreiem o gosto podendo determinar seu consumo de álcool. Em 2019, o WORLD CLASS espera ver o desenvolvimento desta opção com o crescimento contínuo da tendência global direcionada ao bem-estar.

2. #MyCocktail (#MeuCoquetel)

A cultura da coquetelaria cresceu de forma excepcional e hoje todos os mixologistas preparam uma variedade de coquetéis complicados num piscar de olhos. O WORLD CLASS oferece algumas ideias do que é necessário para que um drinque se destaque.

Muitos recorrem à mídia social, e assim surgiu uma nova geração de 'drinkstagrammers' trazendo uma vitalidade renovada à coquetelaria e atingindo uma plateia que não existia anteriormente. Em 2019, a aparência dos drinques será tão importante quanto seu sabor. O reconhecimento da mídia social desempenha um papel importante nos hábitos de beber dos jovens consumidores5, e como resposta, as marcas e os bartenders continuarão a experimentar para levar seus coquetéis e seu alcance social a um patamar totalmente novo.

3. Mantendo o ritmo

O setor dos drinques está nas garras de um movimento contra o desperdício, e os consumidores estão cada vez mais preocupados com a responsabilidade social. 73% dos millennials expressam a vontade de utilizar mais produtos de marcas sustentáveis6. Os melhores bares farão todo o possível para reduzir o desperdício, economizando nos produtos perecíveis e transformando sobras em coquetéis inovadores e ecologicamente corretos.
