In a recent jury trial, an OSG Client was awarded $85 million in a settlement from a technology patent infringement case against a leading technology giant. Attorneys for the plaintiff were informed by the jury in the trial that OSG's proprietary technology enabled methodology, ASEMAP(SM) (developed by OSG's Chief Research Advisor and Adam's Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Marketing and Management Science, Professor V.
