Prior to Unified360, Brent led a team as COO of Pegasus Logistics Group that achieved annual growth of more than 35% for three (3) consecutive years while improving net profit by more than 300%. He increased revenue from existing customers more than 25% while garnering the respect of the company's stakeholders. Brent organized recruiting and on-boarding strategies, implemented performance plans for more than 100 new employees and established leadership development processes. He created award-winning company marketing initiatives and won the Dallas Business Journal's coveted "Best Places to Work" award for two (2) consecutive years.

Prior to Pegasus, Brent was Managing Director of Organizational Solutions for Franklin Covey Co. / Covey Leadership Center where he was responsible for leading sales, operations and marketing for large corporate customers. From 1989-1992, Brent played with the National Football League where he served as Player, Quarterback, for the Chicago Bears.
