The comprehensive, yearly snapshot of every luxury home for sale in the United States priced at $20+ million features over 270 properties across 19 states - totaling over $9 billion. That number increased significantly on May 14, after publication deadline, when the $190 million Copper Beech Farm listing in Greenwich, Connecticut came on the market to grab the top spot for the most expensive home for sale in the U.S.
