
Unique Seminar Will Ask "Can Your Business Be Franchised?"
PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- According to a study produced by The International Franchise Association, franchising creates almost $2 trillion in revenue every year -- worldwide. 14 percent of the private employment sector is attributed to franchising, and franchising is responsible for 18 million jobs.
A day-long seminar will arm prospective franchisors with information on every aspect of the franchising world, including prospective revenue growth, requirements for design and development of a franchise and required investments and legal advice. The event will be co-hosted by Michael Seid, who co-authored Franchising for Dummies along with the late Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy's (John Wiley & Sons). Seid is the president of the franchise advisory firm MSA Worldwide. Lane Fisher, partner in the franchise specialty law firm of Fisher & Zucker of Philadelphia is co-host of the seminar which will take place at his law firm located at 21 South 21st Street, Philadelphia, PA from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20.
Attorney Lane Fisher, one of the most prominent names in franchise law will lead the seminar along with Mr. Seid. Topics will include the legal aspects of franchising your business and development of a growth strategy. All speakers will be available by phone following the conference to answer guests' follow-up questions and provide additional insight into the world of franchising.
