DEL MAR, Calif., Aug. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisone Strategic IP, Inc. announced it has filed a complaint for patent infringement against TraceLink Inc. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Case No. 13-cv-1743-JAH-WVG. The complaint essentially alleges that TraceLink's Life Sciences Cloud, ProcessLink, Production Tracking, Material Tracking, and Inventory Monitoring software infringes Unisone's U.S. Patent No. 6,996,538, which is directed to inventory control systems and methods. This is the second lawsuit commenced by Unisone to enforce the '538 patent.
