United Lender Services Expands Commercial Title Insurance Services

PITTSBURGH, April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- United Lender Services, Corp (ULS) a National Title Insurance, Settlement Services, and Appraisal Management Company is expanding its commercial title insurance services. This expansion will provide a national platform for developers, lenders, and borrowers for commercial real estate transactions.  James DiGregory, Director, General Counsel will lead this expansion due to his 30 years of experience in the legal and commercial real estate industries, and his specialization in title and closing services, real estate development, and commercial lending.

DiGregory comes to ULS from a private law practice where he negotiated and documented numerous commercial transactions; including property acquisitions and dispositions, corporate leases and commercial loans.  He was also the founder and President of Hawk Development Corporation, where he completed a wide array of commercial developments with a combined value of over $100 million. He previously held executive and general counsel positions for two large real estate developers, and for a major general contractor.  Jim also served as an executive with a national commercial lender, where he managed an $800 million portfolio of retail, office, apartment, and hotel projects.
