EDMONTON, April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - F.V.Ramsoondar, Chief Executive Officer and Director of United Protection Security Group Inc. (UPSG or the Company), (TSX-V: UZZ) announces the following update:

The Company has executed a contract extension for an additional two years with the Edmonton International Airport. The total approximately value of the extension over the two year period is $7.8 million.

F.V.Ramsoondar states: "We are very pleased to have received this contract extension which further strengthens this partnership. The renewed contract shows that we have been successful in our efforts of providing a blended superior service of Physical and Intelligent Video Security."
