University of Michigan Credit Union Announces Partnership with Michigan Wolverines Wide Receiver Andrew Marsh

Partnership will connect student-athletes, fans, and communities through financial education and engagement

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- University of Michigan Credit Union (UMCU) has announced a partnership with Andrew Marsh, wide receiver for the Michigan Wolverines football team. As the Official Credit Union of Michigan Athletics, UMCU will bring Marsh into the UMCU community through branch appearances, member experiences, community outreach, and financial education programming during the 2026/27 season.

The partnership is rooted in an existing relationship. Marsh and his family became UMCU members after his arrival in Ann Arbor, and the connection between Marsh and the credit union grew naturally from there. What began as a member relationship evolved into a partnership that reflects the kind of community-first values both Marsh and UMCU share.

Marsh has already begun engaging with UMCU through the credit union's Camp Ignite All-Star Broadcast event and Behind the Uniform program, a financial education experience designed to give student-athletes practical tools for managing money and building financial confidence.

The partnership has already come to life beyond the field. In July, UMCU debuted the ATM3, a custom mobile experience inspired by Marsh's initials, bringing prizes, giveaways, and interactive moments directly to fans, families, and young people at community events and activations. The ATM3 quickly became a centerpiece of UMCU's fan and youth engagement, with plans to appear at events throughout the upcoming season.

Marsh enters his sophomore season as one of the Big Ten's most exciting young playmakers. As a freshman in 2025, he led the Wolverines in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns, earning Freshman All-American honors along the way. He returns to Ann Arbor for the 2026 season under new head coach Kyle Whittingham.
