Update to ADMT Shareholders on Website and Analyst Report

NORTHVALE, N.J., Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc. (OTCQB - ADMT) is providing this update to its shareholders, and the public, regarding its website and an analyst report. 

As announced this past Monday October 24, 2016 in the Letter to Shareholder's ("Monday's Letter"), ADMT is designing a more vibrant and informative corporate website to better reflect the Company's position within its industry.  Therefore, visitors to admtronics.com will now find an "Under Construction" message while the new website is being designed.  Several shareholders have called the Company asking about this website message.  Also as announced in Monday's Letter, in 2013 ADMT reconstructed its business model and instituted a new plan of action, resulting in increased revenues and profits.  It is the intention of ADMT management to have the new content of the website more accurately reflect the Company's reinvigorated business model and new plan of action.
