US Airways Group, Inc. Announces Offering Of $400 Million In Senior Notes Due 2018

TEMPE, Ariz., May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- US Airways Group, Inc. (NYSE: LCC) ("US Airways" or the "Company") announced today its intention to make an offering, subject to market and other conditions, of $400 million of its senior notes due 2018. The notes will be general unsecured senior obligations of US Airways. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the senior notes offering for general corporate purposes.

Citigroup, Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse are the joint book-running managers for the offering.

The notes are being offered under the Company's existing effective shelf registration statement.
