U.S. Bank Names BSSP General Market Agency of Record Following National Creative Review

SAUSALITO, Calif., Aug. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Bank, lead bank of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB), the 5th largest commercial bank in the United States, has selected Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners (BSSP), to be its advertising agency  for the U.S. general market following a review of several undisclosed agencies.   The review was managed by Blamer Partnership.

BSSP will work with U.S. Bank to develop integrated marketing communications programs to support its comprehensive line of banking and financial services products. The Kaplan Thaler Group had been U.S. Bank's previous agency.
