TULSA, Okla., Aug. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- US Highland has announces the formalization of a strategic partnership with NIRA Control AB (NIRA), (http://www.nira.se), an international, state of the art technology corporation, located in Stockholm, Sweden, that specializes in development and delivery of custom made advanced electronic control units for combustion engine platforms.
