(OTCPK: USAR) announced today that it has retained the services of Austin-based, boutique management consulting and financial advisory firm, Bostex Consulting. "Bostex Consulting specializes in emerging growth companies, special turn-around and roll up situations, which makes them the perfect strategic vendor for where we are as a company" commented Chairman Byron Young.
Bostex will provide consulting services in the areas of accounting controls, financial reporting and will also be assisting with the company's long term capitalization and growth strategy.
