Leveraging VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware Private AI Foundation with NVIDIA, USSFCU successfully deployed a secure, private AI environment in less than 48 hours — enabling employees to improve operational efficiency and deliver personalized financial services without compromising data privacy.

AI-Powered Solutions That Deliver Results
Since implementation, USSFCU has launched several transformative projects, including an AI-powered chatbot designed to support both employees and members. Today, more than half of USSFCU's staff actively use the AI tool to streamline tasks, securely access information, and deliver faster, more personalized member service.
USSFCU's adoption of VMware vSAN Express Storage Architecture also reduced total cost of ownership by 23%, while ensuring the high-performance infrastructure required to support AI workloads and enhanced digital services.
