Utility Service Partners recognized for outstanding contributions to the National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials

CANONSBURG, Pa., Feb. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Utility Service Partners, Inc. (USP), administrator of the National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program, was recognized by the National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (NBC-LEO) during the 2013 National League of Cities Congress of Cities and Exposition.  The award was presented to USP's President and Chief Executive Officer, Philip E. Riley, Jr. during the NBC-LEO Membership Luncheon and Awards Program on Thursday, November 14, 2013 as a result of outstanding contributions to the organization, event sponsorships and a commitment to strengthening the NBC-LEO – USP alliance.
