UTLS Continues to Grow, Welcomes New Employees

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- UnitedTech Lender Services (UTLS), holding company to the UTLS family of companies serving the default mortgage servicing arena, proudly announces five new employees hired over the past three months. As UTLS continues to grow, the expertise that these new employees bring in information security, consultative sales and business development is invaluable.

Shane Durham – As the director of information security, Shane is responsible for the company's overall security and regulatory compliance solutions and joins UTLS with 15 years of systems and security experience. Prior to joining UTLS, Shane worked for S1 Corporation as the Information Security Officer.

Jeffrey Horrell – Jeff joins UTLS as senior vice president, national sales where his twenty plus years of proven sales experience will assist our title services division. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Economics, Jeff previously led the national sales and client management efforts for LandAmerica One Stop.

Roderick Wilkins – Is managing principal of UTLS Consulting Services. A veteran of finance industry operations, he possesses an extraordinary background in international banking and has lent his expertise in business development, transition, change management and service delivery to institutions across the U.S., Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

Mercedes Esposito-Bustos – Mercedes joins UTLS Consulting Services as principal. With a successful 14 year track record as an executive and consultant her experience has encompassed numerous areas of the financial services sector, such as organizational development, process improvement, training design, loan servicing, compliance and sales/marketing for emerging markets. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, she is well equipped to facilitate the needs of our valued consulting clientele.

Sandra Farias – Prior to joining the UTLS Consulting Services team as principal, Sandra's expertise in analyzing and developing strategies enhanced the contact center operations, quality assurance projects, system evaluations and sales development operations of HP Enterprise Services (formerly EDS). A Six Sigma Green Belt, Ms. Farias possesses a range of diagnostic skills, including business analysis, requirements gathering, definition and documentation that are highly beneficial to our consulting company.
