BRUNSWICK, Ohio, Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- V3 Transportation, an innovator in expedited transportation solutions, is pleased to announce that Craig Amato will be joining the company as an investor and as a senior advisor on January 1, 2016. Mr. Amato, who founded Panther II Transportation, Inc. in 1992 and served as its CEO for 16 years, will be involved with the growth initiative being launched by V3 Transportation.

In joining V3, Mr. Amato will initially be working with the company's senior leadership to spearhead a number of initiatives focused on growing V3 in the near term while continuing to further the company's position with the expedited market. Through Mr. Amato's investment and in his role as a senior advisor, V3 has initiated the process to restructure the company's credit facility. The new financing will assist in providing V3 the ability to expand its fleet and further grow the company's operational and sales infrastructure, including opening office locations across the country.
