(NYSE: MTN) announced today it will release the Company's financial results for its fiscal 2011 year ended July 31, 2011, prior to market open on Thursday, September 22, 2011.  The Company will host a conference call at 11 a.m. eastern time that same day during which Company executives will review the financial results.
