Valet Living Names Matt Graves President and Chief Operating Officer, Expanding Current Role

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Valet Living, the leading residential amenities provider to the multifamily housing industry, today announced a key leadership appointment to support the company's continued growth and strategic direction. Matt Graves has been named President & Chief Operating Officer of Valet Living, expanding his role from COO, a position he has held since 2022. Shawn Handrahan will continue to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Valet Living Group holding companies, while Graves assumes the newly created President role within Valet Living's main operating company. This new structure enables Handrahan to focus on long-term strategic initiatives and overall group vision, while Graves leads day-to-day operations and drives performance within the core business.

Graves joined Valet Living in 2018 as Regional Vice President, leading transformative, customer-focused initiatives across multiple disciplines. He spearheaded the successful launch and integration of Valet Living Home, elevating the tech-enabled offering for Valet Living clients. As COO, he is leading the team through a transformative phase, expanding product and customer experience initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and streamlining field operations for greater efficiency. His leadership has fostered cross-departmental collaboration, building a unified team committed to delivering exceptional service.

He holds a bachelor's degree in supply chain management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
