ValidSoft appoints a Chief Product Officer

LONDON, Feb. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ValidSoft (www.validsoft.com), a global supplier of advanced telecommunications-based fraud prevention, authentication and transaction verification solutions, has appointed Adrian Kelly as Chief Product Officer. This is the first senior appointment by Paul Burmester, who joined as ValidSoft's new CEO in November 2013, as he strengthens the management team with the experience and skills required to lead ValidSoft through its next phase of growth.

Mr. Kelly brings over 20 years of experience, accelerating growth in technology businesses from start-ups to corporations, in a range of leadership roles focused on products and services. At ValidSoft, Mr. Kelly will lead Product and Development Teams, defining and executing product and services strategy, building on the existing wealth of intellectual property and the unique capabilities ValidSoft has already developed.

Previously, in his role as the Senior Vice President for Product Marketing and Solutions at SpinVox (now known as Nuance Communications  Inc.), Mr. Kelly led the product marketing and solutions team, defining innovative propositions and business models for this market leader in speech technology products and services. More recently, in his position as the Director of Products and Services at Sage Group plc, Mr. Kelly focused on developing and executing a strategy to migrate the product portfolio online and create a consistently intuitive and reliable user experience across the portfolio. Mr. Kelly consistently demonstrated his ability to increase revenues while leading three business units as the regional director for South America at LogicaCMG Telecoms (now known as CGI Group Inc.). As Senior Vice President at Airwide Solutions, Mr. Kelly was part of the leadership team that successfully led the sale of Airwide to Mavenir Systems, a global leader in IP communications.
