Valmont Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

OMAHA, Neb., March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI) has declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share payable on April 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on March 26, 2010. The dividend indicates an annual rate of 60.0 cents per share.
