The founding partners - The Trice Group, Real Valuation Services, Chicago Appraisal Center, JSG Real Estate Services, and Global Real Property Solutions – have been building this new national brand which offers both residential and commercial valuation services, for just under two years.
Led by Executive Members Leland Trice, Tom Schurer, and Jason Goldberg, Valucentric has over 100 staff appraiser employees currently providing a full range of Valuation Services in 15 states and the District of Columbia.
Valucentric utilizes its proprietary, AIR compliant, ENGAGE™ valuation management platform to manage workflow and integration across client and industry platforms.
