National manufactured home lender is offering an incentive to qualified applicants that finance a home purchase in Texas as part of its "Welcome Home" promotion*
MARYVILLE, Tenn., June 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, is announcing the "Welcome Home" buyer incentive promotion.
Qualified applicants in Texas, who apply for a mortgage between May 1 and June 30 and close by Oct. 28, are eligible for a $500 prepaid debit reward card after mortgage loan funding.*

The Applicant listed as the primary borrower on the loan documents will be notified within four weeks after the loan funding date (when the Seller is paid in full for the home purchase by Vanderbilt after the home has been installed) that the VISA card is available for pick up from the home center where the home was purchased and Applicant is responsible for picking up the card.
