VeCommerce Inc., doing business as SimplySay, specializes in communications and speech as a service across multiple industries including financial services, insurance, and pari-mutuel wagering.

SimplySay's voice biometric application provides multifactor authentication of a claimed identity as a means of reducing identity fraud and can be combined with its other applications such as call recording, web-based reporting functions, alerts, location detection, etc.
VeCommerce Inc. retains the rights to all the licenses of current and prior implementations as well as the rights to its own regionally developed intellectual property. Additionally, VeCommerce Inc. retains the rights to the recently developed and implemented voice biometric suite of products.
