
Velaro Prepares for IRCE 2011, New Integrations to be Showcased

This integration enables Velaro users to interface Get Satisfaction with their instance of live chat, unlocking a seamless knowledge base for customer support inquiries. Based on brief survey answers, customers are given helpful articles tailored to their individual needs. Alternatively, customers have the ability to search for easily accessible answers on their own.
