SAN FRANCISCO, July 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Vendini, the company that makes the business of live events simple with industry-leading software and services, announced that it has acquired the Brooklyn-based team from CHARGED.fm, the company that offered a state-of-the-art ticketing system for its customers, as well as website and app that housed both primary and secondary ticketing markets for patrons.
Vendini has integrated the core CHARGED.fm engineering team and will be using their extensive experience in the ticketing industry to enhance patron facing products along with building out internal infrastructure. This new talent will help build upon Vendini's all-in-one solution that includes marketing and donation tools, to CRM and reporting features, to mobile applications.

CHARGED.fm was a brainchild of Plot Developers, a company founded by Yves Darbouze in 2002. After becoming the preferred developers for Universal Music Group, the boutique agency became known for their work with Sean "P-Diddy" Combs. After selling $108M in tickets for their customers, and reaching $17M in sales on their online marketplace to over 200 thousand customers, the company began speaking with potential buyers and landed with Vendini.
