Venture Management Services Today Announced That Colonel (ret) Michael Asada has Joined the Executive Team as Executive Vice President & Managing Director

TROY, Mich., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- In making the announcement, Venture Chairman Bill J. Colonel Asada retired from active duty in 2003 after more than 28 years in the Army and departed from government service as a Department of the Army civilian in June 2010. He is the former Deputy and Chief of Staff for the U. S. Army's Program Executive Office for Ground Combat Systems at TACOM in Warren, Michigan.  A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he also holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U. S. Naval Postgraduate School. In addition to his Ground Combat System experience, he has served as Deputy Project Manager in the office of the Heavy Brigade Combat Team and is a former Professor at the Defense Acquisition University.

A native of New Jersey, the Asadas have two grown children and reside in Troy, Michigan.
