(NYSE: VER) ("VEREIT" or the "Company"), a full-service real estate operating company with investment management capability, announced that the Company will host its fourth quarter and year-end earnings conference call via audio webcast at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, February 23, 2017, one hour earlier than previously scheduled due to conflicting industry earnings calls. The VEREIT call will be conducted by Glenn J. Rufrano, Chief Executive Officer, and Michael J. Bartolotta, Chief Financial Officer.
