Lee Pippin, the Grand Crowned Prince, Grand Master, and Archbishop of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Knights of the Imperial Orders, by law an International Sovereignty, and the recognized heir of the Austrian-Hungarian, Byzantine, Carolingian, Frankish, Holy Roman, Roman, Russian, and Sassanid Empires, as well as, Israel through the Royal House of David, to release more details associated with the development of Versailles America.
His Imperial and Most Eminent Highness, Prince Fra' Dr. D. Lee Pippin and his sister, Her Imperial Highness, Princess Michele M. Pippin have developed a powerful team to make Versailles America a reality for the many people desperate for medical answers, cures and hope.
The master plan for Versailles America is extremely complex. However, county, state and federal agencies are working with their highnesses and their team to insure this project will be a success for the Tampa Bay Region, the State of Florida and The United States, as a whole. With full cooperation and hard work; the construction crews will break ground in March of 2016 with the grand opening celebration being hosted in the last week of January 2017.
Meet the team;
Dianna Ippolito, respected designer and artist, is the creative design director for the complex.
Adnan Rahman and Hikman Rahman of Terra Construction Group, in cooperation with Housh Ghovaee of Northside Engineering, will lead the development team from design to land preparation and onward to construction.
Pam Roush, one of the current coaches for the US Equestrian World Cup and Olympic Teams, and Sir Lance Zeek, whose family is synonymous with thoroughbred racing, are developing the equestrian program for the eco-theme park.
Dr. Sharon Kleefield from Harvard Medical School is leading the medical advisory team. Her team will have several committees associated with design, operational procedures, research protocols, and medical education. The medical center, which will be larger than the Texas Medical Complex, will be completely dedicated to interdisciplinary and interinstitutional cooperation, with the sole purpose of developing cures for the major diseases of today. The medical center will house clinics, educational labs, lecture halls, hospitals, research facilities, an international raw research data center, and more.
Mikel Clayton Thomas, the brilliant young cellist, is heading up the development team associated with creating a performing arts program within the complex, including an in-house orchestra, opera company, ballet company, and thespian group.
