The gold awards were for: 1) New VerticalResponse Marketing Blog: Providing Utility for SMBs in the category of Best Writing/Content, and 2) VerticalResponse Customer Support Team Celebrates Growth, Camaraderie for the Customer Service Team of the Year. A bronze Stevie award went to David Shiba, VerticalResponse Chief Operating Officer in the category of Executive of the Year - Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations. The other bronze went to "VerticalResponse Continues to Innovate Marketing Technology for Small Businesses" in the category of Company of the Year - Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations.
