Veteran Legal and Business Reporter Andrew Longstreth Joins Communications Firm Infinite Spada
NEW YORK, Jan. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Infinite Spada announces today that longtime legal and business reporter Andrew Longstreth has joined the firm as Content and Client Strategist. He will be based in Infinite Spada's New York office. A seasoned journalist, Longstreth brings 14 years of legal-sector experience to Infinite Spada's communications and content teams.
From 2010 to 2014, Longstreth was a correspondent at Reuters, where he reported on a wide range of national legal stories, including government investigations and high-profile civil litigation. Previously, he spent nearly 10 years at The American Lawyer magazine, where he wrote features and co-created The Am Law Litigation Daily.
"As a reporter, Andrew was always incredibly well respected by our clients, who appreciated his informed approach and intelligence," says Jamie Diaferia, President of Infinite Spada. "Our clients and team at Infinite Spada will benefit from the application of his experience to our business."
In addition to overseeing client teams and designing communication strategies, Longstreth will develop new products and services for Infinite Spada's Content Center. Formed four years ago in response to the growing need of professional services firms for sophisticated editorial work, the Content Center provides a full range of editorial services, including byline articles, special reports and white papers, press releases and website content.
"Adding an editorial talent of Andrew's caliber will be a tremendous asset to our Content Center team," says Steven Andersen, Infinite Spada Vice President for Content and Client Strategy. "He will play a significant role in expanding our network of professionals and our service offerings."
Most recently, Longstreth managed market intelligence and competitive strategy at the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
"I'm excited to join Infinite Spada, which in my mind has always stood out for its sophisticated understanding of the media," says Longstreth. "I'm also excited to join the firm at a time when there have never been more ways to communicate a message."
Longstreth received his BA from the University of Kansas. After graduation, he was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to study in Dakar, Senegal.
