NEW YORK, March 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- VGTel, Inc. dba 360 Entertainment & Productions (OTCQB: VGTL) (OTCBB: VGTL) continues its move into the sweepstakes gaming arena with its announcement today that a purchase and sale agreement is being transmitted between the Company and Visual Entertainment Systems, LLC (VES) for the purchase, distribution and installation of VES' internet sweepstakes kiosks - arcade style gaming systems, software and hardware units. The Company anticipates issuing a purchase order for the first 100 kiosks on or about March 19, 2012, with orders of 28 units at a time.
