(WCV) to purchase its nationwide Distribution Agreement for the distribution of Internet Kiosks - arcade style sweepstakes gaming systems, software and hardware units - manufactured by Visual Entertainment Systems, LLC (VES). The Company has also signed a definitive agreement with VES for the purchase of its first group of kiosks featuring arcade style sweepstakes gaming systems.
