Viamedia Announces Promotions & Expanded Roles for Four Members of Operational Management Team

The following promotions are effective immediately:

Lynn Finke, VP of Analytics and Sales Support

Lynn Finke has been promoted to the position of VP of Analytics and Sales Support.

Since joining Viamedia a year ago as Director of Analytics, Lynn has excelled in a myriad of analytical projects and delivered key business intelligence tools for Account Executives and Sales Managers. Lynn has also been an integral part of bringing some of Viamedia's key growth projects to fruition.

In her new position, Lynn will expand her area of influence to include oversight of the Inventory Managers and will coordinate and direct the enterprise-wide efforts of this team. Lynn will also be expanding her team to provide additional analytical tools and dashboard reports to help maximize performance, inventory usage and rate modeling. Her team will continue to interact with all departments to help streamline processes and improve efficiencies.

Lynn has been in the analytics and business development field for the last sixteen years, most recently with a major MSO, where she led the analytic efforts for the Eastern US.

Brian Eads, Director of Video Operations

Brian Eads has been promoted to the position of Director of Video Operations. Brian has been with Viamedia since its inception as Video Operations Manager.

Brian has been instrumental in the success and growth of Viamedia's video capabilities and services provided to clients and partners. He has done an exemplary job with his oversight of the video integration with Viamedia's many partners and in the complicated world of set top box video switching and sub-zoning. Among his many accomplishments, Brian has successfully led our charge into the HD video ad insertion realm.

In his new position, Brian will be in charge of video operations for Viamedia enterprise-wide including video operations with the Viamedia PA team. He will also be responsible for leading Viamedia's video integration efforts as they relate to advanced advertising, multi screen environments and the ultra high compression of IPTV.  

Wendell Decker, Director of Technical Operations

Wendell Decker has been promoted to the position of Director of Technical Operations. Wendell joined our company six years ago as Technical Engineer and most recently as Technical Operation Manager.

Wendell has been a key player in Viamedia's success and growth over the past six years. In addition to his technical operations oversight, he also assists partner pitch teams in pursuing new opportunities for the organization.

In his new position, Wendell will be in charge of all technical operations for Viamedia enterprise-wide including oversight of the Viamedia PA technical operations. He will also be responsible for next generation integration with our current and future partners as they grow and expand their networks and capabilities, particularly on the IPTV and advanced ad sales platforms.

Jeri Tackett, Director of Human Resources

Jeri Tackett has been promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources.

Jeri joined Viamedia a year and a half ago as Manager of Human Resources. As an accomplished HR professional (HRCI Certification – Senior Professional in Human Resources) and a past President and member of the Board of Directors for the Bluegrass Society of Human Resource Management, Jeri has held high level HR management positions with several prestigious companies, including Lexmark and Gray Construction.

Jeri's professionalism has been quite evident and very beneficial to Viamedia. She was vital in negotiating a rich benefits package for our employees and their families. Jeri also spearheaded the effort to go paperless with HR Information Services; providing our employees with many online services and account management options at their fingertips. Jeri is strategically planning and launching other online modules that will make employee relations and HR efforts more efficient.  

In her new position, Jeri will be in charge of all Human Resources for Viamedia enterprise-wide, including the Viamedia PA team. She will continue to be responsible for leading Viamedia's HR strategic planning, organizational development, HR training/ professional development, and benefits administration.
