Viamedia Hires Corporate Director of Client Services

LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Viamedia, the cable industry's leading independent cable rep firm, today announced that Jim O'Neill, a seasoned cable advertising operational leader, has accepted the position as Director of Client Services.


Mr. O'Neill comes to Viamedia with significant experience in the media business. Most recently, he worked as Area Director of Ad Sales Operations for Comcast Spotlight in California, a position he held for over four years. Other past media experiences include OneMediaPlace and AT&T Media Services, as well as owning a consulting firm working directly with telecommunications companies for third party verification processes.

In this role, he will oversee and manage the daily activity of all traffic operations related to Viamedia's nation-wide, multiple headend, and multiple time zone cable television advertising sales division. On a corporate level, Mr. O'Neill will oversee assigned staff and all third party contractors and/or vendors relative to the Client Services (Traffic) department. He will implement policies, procedures and all check and balance systems to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of entire department. Additionally, he will be responsible for the overall organization, design, installation, monitoring, maintenance and upgrades of all technically related aspects of the department.
