Viamonte In Walnut Creek Hits 25% Sales Mark In First Month

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., April 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Viamonte at Walnut Creek reached the 25% reserved mark in its first month of sales for its planned senior community slated to open in 2020. The Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) by Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services (NCPHS) will be the first of its kind in Contra Costa County.
Beginning in mid-March, sales began exclusively to prospective residents on the Viamonte Priority Wait List who reserved 25% of the 174 units with a 10% deposit. Sales are now open to the public.
NCPHS also opened a new preview center last month that offers potential residents the chance to see what the community will look like with tours of a complete 2-bedroom/2.5 bath model home, a scale model of the development and fly through animation that illustrates the unique features of the property.
Viamonte was envisioned to meet the desires of local seniors. The 174-unit community allows seniors to downsize into a home where they can age in place without moving out of the area they love or sacrificing their standard of living. Units have spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets and state-of-the-art appliances and the development offers an array of resort-like amenities including a wine bar and restaurant, outdoor dining, a meditation garden, an elaborate fire pit, bocce ball court and an indoor pool with an adjoining outdoor sun deck. Viamonte also offers the peace of mind of knowing that if you need medical attention, it's on site and available to you.
While the first month was reserved for people on the Viamonte Priority Wait list, sales are now open to the public. Interested parties can call the preview center to set up a private tour or drop by during business hours to tour the model home and talk to the sales team.
