Bethany P. Baran is a healthcare executive known for leading consumer-centered growth strategies at CVS Health and Elevance Health. Her expertise in aligning enterprise goals with community health needs will help drive Vibrant's mission to meet people where they are.

Trip Hofer, CEO of Redox and former CEO of Optum Behavioral Solutions, the largest provider of mental health services in the U.S., brings deep insight into behavioral health access and digital innovation.

Greg Phalin, a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, offers nearly four decades of experience in strategic transformation and operational excellence across sectors, including technology, healthcare, and financial services.
