For the second year, Las Vegas kicked off the USA Sevens International Rugby Tournament with a Parade of Nations at the Fremont Street Experience on Feb. 10, 2011. The parade and flag ceremony featured all 16 teams: Argentina, Australia, Canada, England, Fiji, France, Guyana, Japan, Kenya, New Zealand, Samoa, Scotland, South Africa, United States, Uruguay and Wales. The USA Sevens is an annual rugby sevens tournament held in the United States with 16 countries participating in 44 matches over two days and is part of the International Rugby Board Sevens World Series.
