Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) today reported January 2011 sales of 14,267, a decrease of 9.1 percent versus January of 2010, primarily due to a substantial reduction in fleet sales this month.  Mazda has placed a high priority on the strength of residual values, as proven by the company's top-three placing in ALG's most recent study, and CX-9's positioning as the top-placed vehicle in its category in residual value.
