Video Production Company SPOKE612 Launches in Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS, March 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Former HGTV and DIY Network host, Matt Muenster, and producers, Sarah Sundahl and Linda Elmquist, have launched a new video production company, SPOKE612. All three founders will operate as managing partners. The agency is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and serves clients nationwide.
Having roots in home improvement television shows, the founders of SPOKE612 have learned how to turn out productions in the most stressful and fast-paced environment, all while crafting compelling storylines.
"Our training has been more than intense. Home Improvement TV is really hard – you have to shoot and plan the production while you're completing a remodel and capturing a story. The logistics are mind boggling," said Elmquist.
"But it's taught us to be over prepared for every other situation," added Muenster. "We're a small, yet agile, team and we can problem solve on the fly – not much shocks us or makes us nervous."
Now, the trio has decided to leave television and focus solely on production. SPOKE612 will draw upon their combined three decades of experience to produce visual, video and spoken content that will be used in broadcast, advertising, web and social media to support brand messaging.
"Television is no longer the only way to broadcast content. Web and social media are growing platforms for message delivery and consumer engagement," said Sundahl. "We want to take our storytelling expertise and apply it to an online platform."
From pre-production, direction and shooting to post-production and publication, their extensive experience behind-the-scenes and in front of the camera allows the team to offer multi-faceted services that are unique in the industry.
