PLANO, Texas, April 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VPFG) (the "Company"), the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, N.A., today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share.  The cash dividend is payable on May 20, 2013, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2013.
